Reiki Therapy

Reiki is gentle hands on healing energy that brings the body and mind to a deep state of relaxation where the body can begin to repair itself and the mind is given a chance to totally switch off and find space and time to calm down and find a deep sense of peace and rest.

When I have had a Reiki Treatment myself I have found that an hour of total switch off during a reiki treatment gives me the headspace for all sorts of solutions to bubble up from the unconscious mind and the deep relaxation allows my muscle tension to unwind. After a treatment I find that I worry less and trust more. I am physically more relaxed and mentally more uplifted and positive.

Reiki is good for any physical condition made worse by muscular tension or stress. It is excellent for giving the mind space and time to find a deep meditative state. It renews and rejuvenates our physical energy and it brings us to a place where we can respond rather than react to things happening around us.

Reiki treatments take 1 Hour and are by appointment only.

Angel Therapy (Integrated Energy Therapy IET)

I use Healing with the Angels of the Energy Field (Integrated Energy Therapy) to help clients release unwanted 'baggage'. Angel therapy works by allowing the body to release deeply held stuck emotions or unhelpful mental patterns. Thus enabling the client to move forward with their lives with a renewed energy and ability to cope with life's challenges.

As the client lies down on a massage table/plinth covered with a blanket I work with the Healing Angels of the Energy Field to bring light into the body and release anything that no longer serves the client back to source. I act as a facilitator to the client who in fact does their own healing. IET is very gentle and non intrusive. And the clients works at their own pace. It is a deeply relaxing treatment and it's not uncommon for clients to leave the session with the feeling that they now have an angelic presence guiding and supporting them as they go about their day to day lives. The Angels I work with are Ariel, Raphael, Gabriel, Celestina, Faith, Cassiel, Daniel, Sarah and Michael. And also Mother Mary, Jesus and Mary Magdelene. I love the feeling that I work with a team of Angels and ascension guides to facilitate a space where clients can feel deeply connected to source, which is basically, Pure LOVE.
