I have been teaching Kundalini Yoga and Meditation since 2010.
I came from a background in the Arts (visual artist and creativity facilitator) and I also studied movement, dance and choreography in the Netherlands. I am a trained Pilates Teacher and Reiki Master.
My interests lie in Yoga and Meditation as a way to find rejuvenation, deep healing and relaxation for the relief of the stresses and strains of everyday life. Kundalini Yoga has been a huge influence in my life and I enjoy sharing this interesting and unusual yogic tradition with others.
